Ensuring all parties have the ability to wash sheets, towels, clothes, etc. will help things run smoothly.

Grease dirt and smears will be washed clean.

It holds up well to abuse/washes better than most paints at its price point.  

I want to finish this project as it would give me the confidence boost of doing my first fix and flip but don't want to put more financial burden on myself even though it might work out to a wash if I do push through with this project.

@Corinne Faivre if you sell, sounds like it may have to be a cash sale if the HOA is not solvent or has lawsuits, no lender will finance.

Can you keep freshly washed linens, extra supplies, and cleaning stuff on-site?

For kitchens, bathrooms and higher traffic areas such as foyers and hallways, we use a "velvet" sheen as it washes down better.
