The NE side near the health sciences center/OU Medical is seeing a bit of an uptick in my opinion.

A bit of background, I went to college in Newark, NJ for Computer Science and currently working as a Software Engineer.

It's not rocket science but it does require some smarts to make it come in on tim end on budget.Buy and Hold.

Real estate is a fascinating business and I see possible potential all around for gaining properties, but have no clue (or funds) for acquiring them.

Its just fascinating to me & I love architecture and buildings.  

Additionally, although I can in no way profess to be an expert, I took classes in law school about real estate transactions and finance, and so some parts of the process are not totally foreign to me.In general, I'm fascinated by the prospect of being my own boss and developing a growing side business that could one day independently sustain me and my family.
