Hello Friends,

My name is Sam Steinmetz I am married to my wife Cherie and we have two boys named Trip & Crew.  We live in a small town called Zillah in Washington wine country.  Im 33 years old and have had 2 rentals in the past and have had an internet retail business.  My passion besides my family of course is Golf, travel(with family) and business/investing mainly real estate.  Its just fascinating to me & I love architecture and buildings.  My goals are to have 50+ units in 5 years & I hope to learn a lot from all you Real Estate Rock Stars.
