Hello Bigger Pockets! My name is Christopher Guerrero, or Chris if you prefer. I'm a newbie from Fort Worth, Texas. Recently finished school for welding and I'll be starting my career next week. I have to admit I have no experience in the world of real estate, but that's why I'm here. Real estate is a fascinating business and I see possible potential all around for gaining properties, but have no clue (or funds) for acquiring them. I think Wholesaling would be as good a starting point as any to begin accumulating some capital. If things go well, I want to set a goal for myself to acquire at least two rental properties a year for the next six years. Seeing how 2016 is already halfway over, I realize this year may be more of a period for learning and would not want to rush into a bad deal. However, I do want to, eventually, have multiple properties under my belt including single-family and multi-family properties. Well I suppose that'll do for now. I'll keep checking in and any advice is greatly appreciated.

-Sincerely Christopher Guerrero
