Jack at HRRE said he would reimburse me for some of the issues but when I emailed him an invoice, it was ignored.  

Reviews don't allow you to post a picture of the invoice from when I purchased the bed though... not much you can do, I'm not going to argue with the guest and make it look worse. 

I wrote the addition was 40 sq feet by accident, it was 120 sq ft, average sales here are $225 - $270 sq ft, hence one of the reasons we started this with the assessor's office to begin with.When the property is appraised, the appraiser will (or dang well should) actually measure the property.

That job description could go into corporate security devising security procedures for employees in a warehouse, auditing invoices, shipping manifests, inventory audits and setting in place audit trails to manage inventories as loss mitigation activities.

I have detailed receipts and can account for all my expenses plus I did a lot of work myself that I can make invoices for to add to my total cost.
