We are looking into what is next. 

There are far too many regulations, the transaction is a much longer process, and we are talking about someone's biggest purchase.

We are only allowed to screen non-tenant applicants for criminal and rental history, nothing financially related. 

But, we do have them and we are an extremely well-run company. 

We are trying to sell because the place is too small for us, and we need every dime of equity we can get out of it to get into a new home.

In our market, we are seeing more MTR providers.

The taxes and insurance sound like where we are in St Augustine and NY. 

There are many of us that are long time repeat clients on both ends of lending and borrowing that have worked with them for years and we are all very satisfied.
