Then (if your experienced) check it out thoroughly, mechanicals, plumbing, roof & roof joist sag & the proverbial foundation issues aka floor tilt or 'flooring vertigo' as my wife calls it.Repair costs add up fast.Up here if you rehab ....... any outside walls you may be required to install all new insulin in the outer walls. .... any window replacement will need to meet egress codes. ....

.- Slight tilt/landsliding in the front facing edge due to insufficient column support.This was evidenced by the marble test (rolling at accelerated speed toward the edges) and a few auto-closing doors.

I’m fine with doing a total renovation especially since I can get the house for under 5k but there’s something with the upstairs which is like small one room attic kind of which is like dipping down and the room is kind of looking like it’s tilting sideways.. u can see it from outside as well..
