Like many on here, I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad when I was in my early 20s and have rediscovered the original inspiration it gave me for real estate.

Inspirational every time.If you haven't already, I would recommend that you start talking to lenders (banks, mortgage brokers, credit unions, etc.)

We are about to be in a situation where we are managing our property remotely, and my current plan is to sell instead of even attempting, but if you get some great advice here it may inspire me to keep it!

I've learned so many creative options for financing on the podcast that I never knew existed....it could be a great source of inspiration for you.
