Newbie College Student Ready to Tackle Atlanta!

Hello Everyone,

I currently attend Georgia State University as a sophomore originally from Pennsylvania, I have been interested in REI for a while now, I've been reading, studying and watching videos all summer to prepare for my goal of acquiring 2 wholesale deals before 2018 ends! Ambitious but I know I will have to put tons of work and talking to motivated sellers to even see one potential seller appointment.

My overall goal is to gain enough capital from wholesaling and eventually move to "house-hacking" before my senior year arises and become a buy and hold investor with multi-Families, Commercial Properties, and sharpen my creative real estate exit strategies like subject-to, and eventually doing 1031 exchanges on future properties I own. I will be attending the REIA meeting next week to talk to more seasoned investors and I already know the great individuals of the BP community won't be shy to guide me when I ask for help.

If there are any investors in the metro Atlanta area that would like to meet up to to get some coffee, look at properties or just need someone to cold-call for them just message me I am always eager to learn and network. Looking forward to starting my REI journey with my new BP family!
