Anyone know a locksmith for changeovers? 

I had no key and wasn't going to get a locksmith out at 11pm on a Saturday night to eat up all rent that I haven't gotten yet lol.

I had a locksmith come out.

Then spend more money to hire a lock smith to open the door and change the lock.

If it's calling a locksmith then do that.Act as if everything you do, say, type , text has to be explained to a judge in a hearing one day.

I've heard people drilling the lock but also using a locksmith to get in.

I asked her to call a locksmith and have it fixed, take a photo of the bill and I'd take it off their rent. 

If you do, bring at least a locksmith so that you can change the keys.

You don't need a locksmith or have to buy new locks between renters.
