East Stroudsburg area eviction attorney?

Can anyone recommend an experienced East Stroudsburg area eviction attorney or firm? Just purchased a foreclosure and need someone to work with the previous homeowner who still lives there.

Thanks.

@Wendy He: I can send you some references, but what exactly is the situation with this homeowner? Is it the actual homeowner or another person that happens to live there (e.g. renter)? The answer may not really matter depending on the exact situation, but it may help determine what you exactly need to do.

In a standard foreclosure case, you basically need to prepare and file writ of possession and other documents with the court. You will then work with the sheriff to take possession of the property. If you do, bring at least a locksmith so that you can change the keys. But I would recommend that you speak to a lawyer of your choice to determine what exactly you need to do.
