Most people that are successfully flipping have a flipping business with either employees on staff or enough work lined up to keep a GC happy for 6 months to a year.Its a tough business to make money in when you are doing one project at a time from a distance. 

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.

(Sound like good reasons not to pump in to shower.) but that many/most people do it, especially if it drains in to a septic system. 

The people that get killed in every down cycle are those that were banking on the future and did not have enough cash to get through the bad times.

So we can take the original LLC that is 50/50 owned by 2 people and move half of the properties over to a new LLC where one partner now owns 100% and then the other partner would have the other half of the properties and have 100% ownership of that one and we pay no taxes?

All that I do is answer guest messages, and call other people to repair things if needed.

First of all, my town and the ones surrounding are pretty small and don't have much for events for these types of people often enough to make a huge difference. 

I would be willing to help - but you know you need a lawyer - taking advice from people on the internet is not a great business decision.

Search for international people who can explain not only the basics but also culture and expectation differences.Erwin
