My name is Travon, and I was born and raised in Wichita, KS. Two years ago, the military PCS moved me to Washington, DC, and it has opened my eyes so much about the potential in the rental market. During this time, I've gained valuable insights and experience, and I'm eager to expand my rental property portfolio.

I currently own one rental property from my first house purchase. Now, I'm excited to share that I'm being PCS moved back to Kansas, specifically to the Fort Leavenworth area. I'm looking forward to connecting with fellow investors, learning from your experiences, and finding new opportunities in the Kansas rental market.
