I studied, passed the exam, worked real estate part time and was unsuccessful.Over the years, besides the missionary endeavors I was involved in during the time I got my license, I have been in construction – commercial tenant improvements and residential handyman trades, computer programming, recruiting, camp cook, helpdesk work and over the road truck driver for 2 years.

Love cooking, going for walks with my dog, living the single life, traveling, a good dry red wine, and face massages.

You could go to the property and find that some crack head was cooking in a vacant unit, after a near miss with death and the police leaving, you could get a letter in a couple days from the city condeming the property due to contamination by the crack head.

If I would have to say one, I would go with Than Merrill's rehab course because of the contracts and other good info, or I heard Steve Cook's is good too.
