ThiEnsure that any modifications for disability access they make with your permission are reversible and they agree to reverse these modifications at their expense and not leave you your property with rails and other modifications which an able bodied person will not want in their home if you need to find a new tenant in the future and ensure that all reversal of modifications are done in a professional manor and you are not left with silicone preventing windows from closing or anything else for that matter.You should have everything documented and signed by tenant or the legal carer .

The tenants (both) were warned that if it happened again, they would be billed for the plumber visit (note: both tenants are female, but I have my suspicions about who is flushing products).Well, surprise surprise, it happened again EXCEPT this time the tenant (the one I believe is flushing products) called Code Enforcement instead of calling me.

. :)I've got a renter that's late all the time. great income. pays the late fee and won't get a mortgage unless they die, are put in a body bag, and are reincarnated into someone else w/ a good credit score.
