I've stumbled on 3 abandoned homes recently near me.

My former manager, who educated himself for about 2 years, began investing about a year ago in multifamily as a passive investor and has taught me about what he has learned and continues to do so.I stumbled across BP about a month ago and have been listening to the podcasts on my drive in/from work.

I know they helped me greatly when I first stumbled upon them.Ironically, a friend of mine who just enrolled in grad school at Claremont college (Pomona) spent 3 years in South Korea teaching english and loved every moment of it.
