Hi guys, my name is Denita, living in Houston, Tx. I am currently an RN Looking to get into the world of real estate investing. I cannot describe the desire within me to get out there and just do it. I have recently been looking into getting my real estate license as a means to learn the business while generating income. Win-win right?? Not all would agree.  I have read tons of pros and cons on this approach. If you have any suggestions feel free to reply, if not just tell me hi, I'm excited to be here with you all!
