Hi you guys, I’m just starting out and I’m working toward doing two deals before the end of the year. 1) primary residence (depending on best opportunity...house-hack a multi-family or live in & flip...assuming conventional loan...possibly FHA)2) BRRRR investment (likely a single family, but possibly a multi-family)With that in mind, do you have any advice or things to be aware of that would influence the order or priority?

Probably, but a low appraisal will generally have a psychological influence on the buyer, and will tend to make them not want to purchase at the agreed upon price (they feel they are overpaying), even if they have the means to do so.The nice thing about most cash buyers is that they won't have an appraisal, so that's one less concern...
