Broker questions before making the decision to work for them
So as I have sat in the classrooms and had different brokers come in and pitch our class on their brokerages I hear the same answers. "Circle of Influence," "What the split will be?" "Desk Fees," What support they offer" and to be honest these are all about the same depending on whether I want a support system (which I do) or if I just want a square foot on the wall to hang the license (which I do not) . So I sat down to compile a list of questions I would like answers to and it occurred to me to ask the people who have already been there.
What would you guys ask the Brokers in the interviewing process?
