I got a quote for both ACV and RCVRCV annual premium $2,900 - which has deductible $1K; total coverage amount $450K with premises liability $100K; water backup of sewer or drainsACV annual premium $1,700 - which has deductible $2K; Dwelling coverage $180K (which is the purchase price) with personal liability $300K; loss of rent $18K; living expense $18KAdditional questions:- Do you think the rate above is reasonable?

Some of these can be picked up by the policy covering each property/LLC, but many times the coverage does reach back to cover the entity you are operating under given the ownership % is so different.

Those products are far more interested in the property's profitability (the bank is particularly interested in Debt Service Coverage Ratio) and less so in DTI, credit score, etc.

Basically you want to create walls (or motes) with your personal holdings in the middle and hope that the penetration stops using those tools (entities, umbrella policy, liability coverage, etc). before it reaches your personal holdings.
