Some of the owners contacted me upset we sent letters to the site address with there contact name...I'm curious what kind of issues other people have had sending yellow letters or mailers to the masses....Frank

This sort of nonsense is why all of the regulations that so upset the BP community exist.

Anything you can do to catch the other person off guard, without upsetting them obviously, is a very good thing.

I sent out 1400 letters, received maybe 7 or 8 phone calls, none of which have led to a contract, and received many more calls from very irate people who were hurt and very upset that I had assumed their properties were vacant.

@Larmon Cummings Jr As Sheryl stated in her podcast sometimes when sellers find out what you're making on a deal they will get upset and back out.

People are all upset about falling home prices but they are only shifting in line closer to where they should be.Government interference (different from regulation!)

Sure they may be rude, or upset, or yell at you...

No need to trouble yourself with someone who is upset at something else and taking it out on you.
