The goal is sustainable, high profit growth :). 

FOCUS on it, make sure the business is running and can sustain itself, then focus on your second thing.

While I was working in New York many residential solar companies went out of business due to the fact the lease model wasn't sustainable.

It is becoming harder and harder for me to sustain.

On the first place, I'm not sure whether mould removal and air purification (done once) is powerful enough to sustain the mould from coming back again.

When you are looking to purchase a fourplex the bank is looking at the asset more than your credit to see if the income data is sustainable but they do look at your credit.

If your business has reached a point where it is self-sustained then you could focus your time helping other find the success that you have found.

@angelicaThanks for the warm welcome :) I did look into becoming a real estate broker/agent but after talking with several firms I realized that I was going to need more money saved to sustain me if I was going to go without possible income for a while.
