What should be done with Mould and Asbestos ?

I'm too overwhelmed by vacation homes that I decided to buy one. All went smooth until trouble came in the form of mould and asbestos. My investment advisor asked me to get an inspection done from Healthy environmental service in Burlington ( http://www.healthyenvironmental.ca/services/black-mould-removal/ ) He even told me that they would do an air quality check immediately after the mould removal was done. Now I'm really in a fix whether to buy it or drop the idea. The feeling of lurking danger in the home changed my buying perspective as a whole. On the first place, I'm not sure whether mould removal and air purification (done once) is powerful enough to sustain the mould from coming back again. And on the second place, I'm in a tough budget. Please make if you have any statements or suggestions.
