Learning from BP as much as I can in the beginning via YouTube, BP Forums, and REI Mentors.

Just pay this loan off.you have your junior lien that then moves to senior position.. in sub too you want to always be in a position to pay off the underlying if the road gets rocky.. 

My mentor will sometimes ask to to co-sign stuff.

I had thought about this but a mentor advised against it a few years ago.

Mentor them in investing.And being nice to work with literally costs you nothing.

You won't learn anything in 2 hours, other than how to raise your credit card limit to $40K so you can give it to him for "education" and "mentoring" because to make it in this business, they make your believe you absolutely need to pay $40K to learn the real secrets on real estate.

I can't count the number of times I see people in a forum asking:  How do I find a mentor?
