I may not be excellent yet on spotting investing deals based on numbers however I am a licensed architect and I know site planning, zoning and building codes very very well.

For example in San Diego, there is a lot of demand for additional dwelling units, and what I’m trying to do is network with architects so I can help them draft their plans.

what i'm afraid is that...this development would cost a LOT of money (which we can borrow money) but HOW CAN WE pay MONTHLY for the loan if there is NO CASHFLOW from the beginning (since we are building a new building from the beginning)....any advice on BUILDING & DEVELOPING & finding great surveyors and architects?
