We probably spend more time driving to each house than actually mowing.Heres the thing, I'm a very hands-on landlord, it gives me an excuse to go onto the property, wander round the yard and check on anything I can check from outside the house (like leaks under the house etc).

Technically, you may get away with referencing P.I., lot's of people get excited to see ID info getting pushed about without their consent.

If I did this, I would tell the tenant no more escape tickets and I would NOT hesitate to start eviction as soon as the tenant falls behind again.Key points - I would do this only if the tenant owed me a lot (my mistake for letting it happen), if I could OWN the items (not hold) AND I was prepared to act quickly as soon as they fell behind again (they will).
