Thinking of adding PURL to mailers

Hello BP Community,

Im thinking of starting to add personal URLS to each mailer (PURL). Basically when a user visits their personal URL they would see their name and address within the sales page. Additionally I'm thinking about putting information about their property, neighborhood and market via the Zillow api. My largest concern with doing this is I don't want the seller to freak out because the page would have so much information about their property. Do you think I'm over thinking this and I should just go with it.

ex url would be .com/message/john-smith/
