Greetings all,

My name is Cameron. I am new to the North Austin area, and looking to purchase some rental property. I have already received a pre-approval letter. I need a recommendation from someone who lives in/near any of the areas in the subject line. What I'm asking from the community is to help me find a real estate agent I can trust that will work with me as an investor, and help me find motivated sellers in the 140k-180k range. Finally, anyone that could recommend a property management company, that does good thorough work would be greatly appreciated.
