Bldg may be in good shape, but I doubt it's been fully modernized and renovated.

I think sparse modern furnishings do well, but if it looks like every other moderately priced home-staging furnishings, I think that's not quite as appealing.

A craftsman style house in Wisconsin is going to have a very different color than a modern house in Miami.But without thinking too much into it, I think you are on the right track staying neutral, light colored, and soft.

That is fine except some missed the best time in modern history to invest here.

HI Uday,I see a stucco crack by the door on the exterior (possible foundation issue) and possible rotted wood in one of the exposed walls, plus the shingles on the eaves looks wavy (rotted wood) and possible large ceiling leaks (more possible rotting of the roof), plus a lot more.Also electrical code might require you to update to modern code.It looks like a lot of unpredictable labor (possible cost over runs) and possible extended unpredictable hold time.You could get bids for everything that's wrong with it, if you understand what's wrong with it.The first step would be to get a home inspection and take it from there.Roof, foundation, electrical, etc....

But it's surrounded by more modern million-dollar homes.

Foremost and American Modern are usually the only ones willing to consider rented Mobil homes. 

The ones that are more modern are always in the higher price range.
