Just want to know how people estimate  by looking at the property.

How much does it cost to fix this house on high level. Based on the description. What will be your first thought (50k,100k,200k or 250k)

It’s amazing the cost difference between where you are and where I am.

This house would be $25-30,000 to purchase.
