Need a Realtor near Blowing Rock, NC

I am getting my second home ready for sale and looking to take the proceeds to invest in a property to flip then sell. I live in Georgia, but the property someone pitched to me is in Blowing Rock, NC, a 5.5 hour drive away. It has a beautiful view of  the mountains, it's RIGHT THERE on the mountain - one of those million-dollar views we rent a cabin to see in the fall. My current realtor says she's unsure if she can do business in NC. Are there any realtors on BP that are familiar with this area? The seller is negotiable on terms and somewhat negotiable on price. It's in the high 500 thousands, higher than I was shooting for. But it's surrounded by more modern million-dollar homes. Hoping to put 50-80k in and sell for 800k+, but I don't know the area. Any realtor contacts or additional help would be appreciated.
