Will the police / fire department still be there once the PM makes it on site?

It's not hooked up to a monthly service, the police aren't notified or anything. 

In NC property passes directly to heirs upon descendants death.

Don't mediate the accident, tell them they need to contact the police. 

Only people that come to people's doors directly anymore seem to be police, people trying to sell you something you don't want or need, or people wanting to preach to you.
