For all those that listed to the latest podcast with @David Greene. He was talking about the core 4 I'm in the process of looking for a property manager. My question is how far away from your area would you suggest the managment company be based out of. "Is an hour to far". If there is anyone with a lead to a good reliable managment company in the Natick Massachusetts area please let me know thanks.
