The quality of images you can take with a cellphone is great...once downloaded on your 32" desktop you can go full screen and zoom in to see excellent details, documenting your findings.

Things went okay until I decided no to renew the lease, and instead sell the property for personal reasons (wedding, new job, etc.).

In this day and age where everything is digital it is crucial to have quality images of your property to attract as many qualified tenants as you can. 

He also holds meetings the 2nd Wed of each month in Jax.

i know exactly when the check was deposited (time/date stamped with an image) ... and look on the 5th of each month to see if anyone is late.

Plan to oick them up Wed or Thurs, probbably set them on Sat, then take them back on Monday.Don't know what the results will be, but it may save me a bunch of money.
