Basically, these are all variations of what / how do you do after rehabbing the property. 

Obviously trial by fire is probably the solution, and I'm getting ahead of myself, but I have some pretty bad analytical paralysis.

I have the same question Somehow our previous answers to your question, Hannah, which was a variation of this one, did not break through.

Android phones have more variation, so its a bit tougher for developers to get apps solid on all the variations.All that said, Android is so common now that there are plenty of apps.
