Software for automated showings?

Hope Lobkowicz
Posted

Hello, I own out-of-state rentals that we are currently leasing long-term. I'm planning to replace the locks with keyless entry, to make maintenance visits and rental showings smoother.  When tenants move out, I'm looking for recommendations for a software that can automate the showing for qualified applicants without an agent or PM needing to be on site,  and without me having to manage the schedule and manually generate lock codes for each applicant. Has anyone had success with this? If you have a recommended software, please also let me know which lock systems you integrate with in order to automatically generate the codes.

It looks like RentSavvy and RentRedi do not have this capability, but I could be wrong. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
