I've considered building and renting single or multifamily, but do not currently have the resources for it, so I'm taking offers on it.

There is a much bigger benefit to living in a SFH versus a duplex.

Hello Team, I am new to the Bigger Pockets community, and I am starting my journey to purchase my first multifamily property.

We live outside of the metro Atlanta area in the expanding town of Dacula.We joined the Bigger Pockets because we are totally new to real estate and would like to reclaim our time and do some of the things we’d like to do as empty nesters.

Sometimes a investor wife needs to talk to another investor wife versus their investor husband -- where in some cases,  I just dig myself a bigger hole :). 

Pointing your tenants towards these resources could be a win-win.Keep Communication Open (But Documented): Continue trying to reach out.
