Nice property in marginal neighborhood
I am looking at a duplex today that is very nice and built in the mid 90’s. The houses in that neighborhood are all built before the end of the 30’s and are nowhere near as nice. Is it realistic to expect we will get premium rent in a neighborhood? Average comparable single family homes rent for around $1300. I appreciate your insights!
