Pinky and the Brain from Dacula, GA

1. We live outside of the metro Atlanta area in the expanding town of Dacula.
2. We joined the Bigger Pockets because we are totally new to real estate and would like to reclaim our time and do some of the things we’d like to do as empty nesters. We don’t know anything. We infants in the industry. We have one rental home that has been in stagnation mode for almost 10 months. We opted to deal with the “homeboy remodeling company” – mistake #1! He promised to have the house completed in a few months. He has cut so many corners that it has cost us thousands of dollars and time. If money wasn’t an issue, we would buy rentals closer to home or back home in Florida which is where we ultimately want to settle down in.
