I do value what they bring to the table...should they pan out to be 5 stars.....but a brand new contractor that I am meeting for the first time....I need to know they are worth the "investment" and I don't yet...never even met them and I've no idea of their experience, expertise, ability or even if they are properly licensed or insured.

People seem to take a little more pride/ownership over their Yelp reviews (whereas on Zillow, everyone seems to be a five star agent). 

But everything is too expensive here in SLO so instead I'm going to have to sit on my couch watching *Dancing With The Stars* instead.Bye!

My company currently has 5 one star reviews on google.

Showing properties to tenants before they are finished is never a good move. 0 stars, would not recommend.

The baby I give 2 stars for it's innovation and playing a part of disruption of the current real estate paradigm.

So we have a good track record with 5 star rating.

If you find one that's a rock star I'm sure they'll be able to hook you up with the remaining three.  

Some of the local credit unions such as Star may have some interest in lending to investors from time to time.

Wow...Just looked at the Zestimate accuracy page and see that the Kansas City market only has 1 out of 5 stars for accuracy.
