Can you give advices on the best practices of attracting investors? We already have 10 succesfull luxury STR airbnb/VRBO houses that are fully booked and a few more in the works. So we have a good track record with 5 star rating. We want to build a fund. How should we find and pitch to the investors? can you recommend any comprehensive resources to learn from?
