George, if it's any consolation, that's the main reason I've given up on wholesaling to make money...almost every investor I've dealt with did what you described..

I just had a horrible dealing with George Bryant and the Broker Luis Martinez, I would highly suggest you reconsider working with this company if you value your reputation, are ethical and want to treat people appropriately and professionally.
