Prince Georges PG County Maryland

We are becoming familiar with regulations in PG County. For a new build there are so many hoops PG County wants you to go through to build on land. Has anyone had success in PG County Maryland with a new build. We have 1 acre with a property that we have to demo and are unsure of the best method of going about this project.
