but they all are pretty good.

As a counter to this position, I am not a fan of Mr. Campbell's works and believe there are better resources which are not trying to sell you on a system.

"Commercial Real Estate Investing" by the father and son team of Pierre & Claude Boiron is a little Ontario centric in its examples and some of its material, but is one of the most thorough introductory references you will find.

Douglas Gray's "The Canadian Landlord's Guide" is another good starting place.

For an overview of how you buy, own, and dispose of your real estate and the implications of different strategies Steve Cohen and George Dube's "Legal, Tax and Accounting Strategies for the Canadian Real Estate Investor" is worth a read.
