The deals will come to,faster than you think.Always be ready to write an offer; carry your tools, a skinny contract offer, a blank check and knowledge of creative financing.

With all that being said I can offer you is (blank).The biggest piece of advice I can give you is this: Once you give that number don't say another word, keep your mouth shut and wait for a response...Then you know where to go from there.  

There is more to it than getting a blank contract and filling in the blanks when you get in the real world, there will be addendums or additions to contracts, special agreements, contingencies and other matters that may not be covered in a blank form.

He left the entire thing blank, and signed his name on the bottom.What I want to do is reject it, ask that he checks the boxes that don't allow a blank answer ("has knowledge" or "has no knowledge"), and write "N/A" or "no knowledge" on any line items that are only a write-in answer.  

If your not paying utilities then all of those remain blank.
