Hey, My name is shawn and i been getting more involved in real estate after i purchased my first house out here in the city. I purchased a 2 family and everything else stared to make sense to me. A little background about myself, i was a huge car guy. I mean i would buy cars just because the season changed. I am 27 and went through 12 cars. But not 12 inexpensive hoopties. I mean range rover sport, corvette, 7 series 5 series, escalade...i mean i made the biggest mistake when i jumped the gun and purchased the 6 series grand coupe when it first came out in 2013. I purchased my house and and the BMW was traded for a KIA! I loved the fact that my purchase was growing. Long story short I've gotten so involved in real estate that I'm looking to close on my second rental in baltimore. Ive heard so many stories (good & bad). My belief is that the biggest risk is not taking none at all. The bank and i are in negotiations. My only minor issue is management of the property when issues arise and i am located in nyc. Not having trust worthy people can give u financial burns. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated along with any networking on the road there
