We have one on the 300 block of wallace that performs really well.  

I lived there and my wife liked that commute, but got in very early and prone to mudslides blocking the road.Hopefully that helps a bit.Jeff

I can block off an afternoon(2-5pm) a week to help you with mailers, email lists, or general tasks.   

A lesson for me was discovering that once an agent forwards a property's application to carriers, other agents are occasionally blocked from submitting that same property.

I have a vested interest because I have other properties on that block. 

And there are a lot of families in the area.Now Fair Park, I think there are people making money around Fair Park, but really I think you have to be adept at working in an area that is block by block and quickly can be a war zone.Frankly its an area my wife works near, and I drive thru their on occasion, but its not an area we feel comfortable investing in. 

A subdivision just a block from another, may have no foundation issues. 

Her kids just had a new garage built that summer with all new concrete foundation and driveway, new glass block windows in the basement, new 7’ fencing in the rear, new fuse boxes with surge protectors built in , recent roof and a lot more I still don’t know why it sat on the market for 18 months but we picked it up for $35k.
