Offering Time for Networking and Education near Denton, TX

Hi there, 
My husband and I have a couple rentals in Kansas and we are pursuing growth here near Denton/Gainesville area where we currently live.  I would like to meet more local investors.  I am offering my time in exchange for networking.  I can block off an afternoon(2-5pm) a week to help you with mailers, email lists, or general tasks.   I work full-time but am eager to grow our real estate portfolio and need some help making connections in this area and learning the market better.  

I'd prefer to work with someone who has some experience in the industry and can help me learn.    Thanks in advance for any leads anyone may have!
