Surrounding communities have a lot of potential as well; Kuna, Star, Nampa, MIddleton and Caldwell.  

The area is attracting Michelin star chefs, etc etc etc you heard the developers sales pitch. 

They work for five star reviews so they can get more clients, charge more, etc.

I tend to shoot for the stars but finish up above the bar.

Star, I believe tenants will use water more responsibly and report leaks faster if it is in their name and they are paying it separately, even if ultimately you are responsible for it.

Pay a rock star cleaner to specifically clean the fridge and stove and anywhere else there have been concentrations of roaches.
