If you see someone in person make sure you take multiple people for witnesses.

I’ve been told that in Chicago, an attorney must sign off or witness any real estate transactions.

Both sign it and have the napkin witnessed and e-notarized.

(Ours were standard evictions and concluded normally - these were evictions filed in February which were delayed due to COVID-19)However I did witness an eviction also filed BEFORE the CARES Act which DID receive Sect 8 income and the magistrate moved to dismiss the case...in his own words "To my knowledge the case must be dismissed due to the CARES Act".

I’m sure I am not alone in witnessing reorganization every 2 to 3 years, but the end results were always focused on cutting out the human “waste” and maximizing what could be done with less people for the same hourly wages.
